Walt Disney World is slowly returning to business as usual since the closure of so many amenities due to the pandemic. One of the best things you can do at The Most Magical Place On Earth is character dining. It's great for families with kids as you can enjoy a meal while the characters come to you. You're in a nice air conditioned room and you don't have to wait in a long line for a quick hug or photo outside in that Florida heat!
Disney announced that The Crystal Palace buffet with Winnie the Pooh & Friends will reopen with characters on September 20th 2022. You can enjoy a buffet lunch or dinner at The Magic Kingdom restaurant and special moments with Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and sometimes Eeyore, too. Keep in mind that it hasn't been confirmed which characters will be back.
We haven't dined there since 2014 on our first trip to Walt Disney World but we cannot wait to go back, especially with our little boy.
